The Wippette Kids boy parkas are available in insulated or non-insulated versions and come in yellow, navy and hunter green colors. This boy raincoats shell is constructed of 100 percent vinyl, is long sleeved, hooded, with a handsome matching plaid cotton lining (insulated version). These parkas have snaps up the front for easy on and off, with two front pockets with snap flap closures. Cleaning is a snap....just wipe clean with a damp cloth
