The Kidorable Story

In 1997, Kidorable Rainwear sprung from the minds, hearts and efficiency apartment of Liping and Jonathan Domsky. They proclaimed, "The world needs someone to create children's apparel and accessories that are both functional and fun. We can do that."

And so Kidorable was conceived. Starting with lions and cats and bears, oh my, manifested as umbrellas and hangers, Kidorable generated enough sales during its first year to break even and plant fruitful Kidorable seeds throughout the land. The following year sales grew ten fold. Every year since, give or take, a new style and/or product line debuted. And every year, the world joyfully embraced more Kidorable delights, give or take, than the year before.

Children, it turns out, absolutely and unconditionally love Kidorable Raincoats, Kidorable Rain boots and Kidorable umbrellas (almost as much as their parents and other children-loving grown-ups do.)

In its first three years, Kidorable grew from a hopeful startup to a thriving business with $2 million in sales. Ever since, Kidorable has continued to blossom, evolving into a flourishing global enterprise, contributing to the success of dozens of sales professionals and thousands of retailers, with sales projected to exceed $15 million by 2015.

Throughout its first decade, the key to Kidorable's success has been growth. But not growth simply in the financial sense. For the ultimate Kidorable customers - kids - it's all about growing imaginations. For Kidorable's employees, it's all about nurturing personal and professional growth. And for everyone touched by Kidorable, it's about growing smiles. For Kidorable, growing larger is a natural and happy consequence of growing better, individual by individual.

Today Kidorable is a striking presence, not just in stores, but across the vast landscape of the children's apparel and accessories industry. By encouraging personal and professional growth in the service of imagination and smiles, Kidorable's own growth projections continue to soar.

Finding the Right Boys Rainwear

Sometimes it is necessary for you to take your child out in the rain. When this happens you want to make sure they are wearing the proper kids rainwear. Normally, this means a boys raincoats and boys rain boots. If you're worried that your child won't want to wear his rainwear, you might want to let him pick out one of the many styles that are now available rather than choosing one for him.

These days, you can find all sorts of boys rainwear that any little boy would love. There are raincoats with dinosaurs on them, froggy raincoats, raincoats that look like firemen's coats, pirate raincoats, spaceman raincoats, batman raincoats, raincoats with kids tools, and even a coat with thomas the tank engines on it.

If your child prefers something plainer, you can get a plain yellow coat . You'll be surprised at how many different styles are available if you do a little bit of searching. With all these fancy boys raincoats your child will probably be able to find a raincoat he will want to wear all the time, regardless of whether or not it's actually raining. He might want to wear it so that he can dress-up like a fireman or a pirate, or like a frog. Children tend to want to wear their favorite clothes all the time, regardless of whether they are suitable. Wouldn't you rather your child have a raincoat that he loved? It doesn't hurt for a child to wear a raincoat when it is not raining, so you'll be able to let him wear it whenever he wants.

Finding the right rainwear will make future battles over getting into rain gear much less likely. Kids tend to really like it when you get them a matching set of raingear including a matching raincoat, rain boots, and umbrella, especially if you get them in the style of a pattern that they really love.

Although you may be able to make do with an inexpensive raincoat, it is better to get one of higher quality. This way the raincoat will be likely to last much longer, and it is more likely to come in a design that your child will actually like. Rather than purchasing multiple cheap raincoats, you might as well get one that will last for a good while, or at least until the child outgrows it.
